To start your journey you will need to decide if being a leader is the path you want to take. With leadership comes responsibility, matureness and a certain level of professionalism.
It has always been easier to follow than to lead. As a follower, less will be expected from you, you will do less work and as a result you will always be cast in another mans shadow.
What if you choose to be neither a follower nor a leader? What is left? Do you have a chance in this world?
